Take on the Thames Path Ultra Challenge on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2026. England’s greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable challenge, which you can take on at your pace as a walk, jog, or run – all while raising funds for King's!
Over 3000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.
Sign up as an individual or as a team; you’ll get full support all the way, plenty of food & drink,
optional camping & transfers, a special medal, t-shirt shirt and celebration finish. With 50km, 25km & Henley 10km options also available, there’s a Thames Path Challenge for everyone.
