Individual Giving Manager- Permanent Post
Location: London/Hybrid (Based in our offices at Loughborough Junction, London with the ability to work remotely), minimum 1 day p/week in London office, with some travel to south-site hospitals (Bromley, Orpington)
Contract type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekend work
Salary: £40,000-£45,000

About the role
As part of this key role, you will manage a series of Individual Giving acquisition and stewardship programmes across a range of channels, including direct mail, face-to-face, and lottery. You will also be responsible for legacy and in-memory activity.
This is an excellent opportunity where you will develop your line management skills, by managing two Individual Giving Officers who, under your supervision, will help to deliver campaigns from planning to evaluation.
About you
To be successful as the Individual Giving Manager, you will need:
- Excellent project management skills with experience of planning, developing, implementing and evaluating projects.
- Confident account management of third-party agencies to deliver fundraising programmes.
- Experience of line managing direct reports to deliver excellent results.
